In order to stay competitive with our competition, we no longer advertise the price of our loan signing services. We have competitive standard pricing. Every loan signing is unique.  Please call, we will be happy to hear from you.  Below are the rates for our other notary duties:

 Travel (20 mile radius of Westlake Village) - $30  / $1.25 per mile, round trip (as per mapquest distance)
 

Acknowledgments - $10
 

Affirmations & Oaths - $10
 

 Certified Copies - $10 (Power of Attorney)

                                                   
 Jurats - $10


 Proofs - $10


 Protest: $10 plus $5 for notice of nonpayment
   and $5 for recording
 Deposition - $20 

                      + $5 for oath

                      + $5 for certificate
